All products purchased from Mindful and Co Kids are final (unless the product ordered and received arrives in a damaged state, and it was a fault from us) are sold on a no return or credit basis once an order has been completed, and payment has been processed.

Pursuant to relevant Australian Consumer Law, where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, incorrect description or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we do reserve the right to cancel and/or amend a transaction.

If a product ordered and received arrives in a damaged state, please ensure you get in touch with us within seven (7) days to let us know via (please note, Mindful and Co Kids would require photo evidence and information from you to assess the refund request). If on assessment, it was a fault from us, a refund or a replacement will be provided. Any requests for cancellations or refunds not specified above will be at the sole discretion of Mindful and Co Kids, and will be assessed on a case by case basis. Such refunds will be exclusive of any postage and handling costs.
