Shipping & Returns Policy


All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in San Diego, California through our delivery partners.

    The estimated delivery time-frame will range between 2-5 days. Please note however, this is an indication only. At certain times of the year, it can go beyond this, therefore we recommend allowing up to 7 business days for delivery. To ensure the safe delivery of your product(s), we recommend that someone is available to receive your order.

    In circumstances where no one is present to receive the delivery (unless an authority to leave is provided), the courier will return your order to the nearest post office, or depot for collection, causing a potential delay in your delivery.  Where authority to leave is opted in by the client, you agree that the parcel is deemed as received when left at your premises.


    All international orders will be delivered via our delivery partners within 10-15 business days.*

    All orders will be processed in United States Dollars ($USD) and the most current & available exchange rate will be used to process your order. You MAY incur additional international fees that are charged by your bank.

    All products are guaranteed under a manufacturing warranty that covers the damage of the goods as the result of a manufacturing default only.

    At all times Mindful & Co Kids will make every effort to ensure full product ranges are in stock. In most cases, if the website displays a product as available, it is in stock, although this information is subject to constant change with purchases occurring. 

    Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we will contact you and update the expected delivery date. If we are unable to provide the particular product requested, we will provide a store credit or refund as requested by you.

    While we will make every reasonable effort through our packaging and our liaisons with our delivery services to ensure that your parcel is safe for transportation and arrives to you safely, you acknowledge that ownership of the parcels turned over to a courier company engaged by us transfers to the buyer. 

    We will not be responsible for any loss, or damage to packages and will not be responsible for any errors in the supply of incorrect shipping information, or delivery errors through our delivery partners.
