Welcome to Mindful & Co Kids. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of www.mindfulandcokids.com and to any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, so please check back occasionally.

Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences, keep your cart working and understand how people use our site, including measuring our advertising. 3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout. Full payment is required before we ship your order. We may change our prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been paid for.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates, processing times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, as we can't always change it once your order has been processed.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Our Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work, including our 30-day return window.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@mindfulandcokids.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

If a product is listed with the wrong price, description or image because of a typing error or similar mistake, we may cancel or correct the order. If we do, we'll let you know and refund any payment for the affected items.

6. Product use and safety

Please read the product information, age guidance and ingredient lists before use, especially for our bath, body and aromatherapy products. Our products are designed to support calm and well-being at home and in the classroom. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.

7. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, images, illustrations, logos, videos, printables and product designs, belongs to Mindful & Co Kids or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Sesame Street characters are used under license.

Digital products and printables are for personal, household or single-classroom use only. You may not copy, sell, share or distribute them, or create products based on them, without our written permission. If you share our images on social media, please credit and tag @mindfulandcokids.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful & Co Kids is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
