What a wonderful tool to help a child when they are overwhelmed. My granddaughter loved it.
I have been using the breathing ball with my kiddos and it has been a helpful visual for calming breath work. Highly recommend this for teaching calming techniques and breathing for kids.
Bought this for my granddaughter. Great quality and design . Unicorns are all the go right now.
the yoga was a huge success . I bought it for my 9 year old granddaughter. The five year old (who can be very mine, mine) took over it and has now been a lot calmer and more manageable after she does her 4 daily sessions.

I've been looking everywhere for a clean, safe magnesium oil for my kid, and this completely delivered. It's super lightweight, leaves zero sticky residue, and actually helps my little one calm down and wind down so fast. Absolutely love it, total game-changer!
I ordered the Sesame Street puzzle and was at first disappointed because the box arrived damaged from shipping…. But the service at Mindful and Co was outstanding! They quickly sent out a new one and the quality was amazing! I gifted it and the little one was so happy with it! I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
I absolutely love this spray for my baby!!
Fantastic purchase. Teaching mu grandchild emotional awareness.
Discrete grounding tools. Feel great to the touch. Easily fits in a pocket. Love these.
The content is thoughtfully gathered and quite effective.
I was nervous about my 10 month old having a reaction to this due to his sensitive skin. Thankfully he’s been fine. We’ve been using this spray on his feet the past week. And of course he’s not sleeping eight hours every night but it’s no longer a fight to get him to sleep initially.
This is a wonderful kit of reminders and tools for helping kids and parents navigate childhood anxiety in an age appropriate and lighthearted way. I feel like I'll be using some of this for myself as well!
we love the mats, beautiful print, cozy to be on. Makes our yoga practice that much more fun!
Perfect for the kids. Both the jigsaw puzzle and the yoga mat are high quality and just as expected. The kids use the mat daily, and they enjoy working together to complete tue jigsaw phzzle.

Frankl is wonderful. So soft and comforting. Frankl is providing me support after the recent loss of a beloved Fur Friend. The Team at Mindful & Co were very prompt and the description was very accurate. I happily recommend Frankl and Mindful and Co.
