Shipping policy

The items in this order were purchased during our Black Friday Sale event. As per our Terms and Conditions, which are clearly stated on our website and at the point of checkout, all items purchased during major sale events (including the Black Friday period) are considered Final Sale.

Our policy specifically states:

• Items purchased at a discount during the Black Friday Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

• By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

We strive to maintain transparency regarding our sale conditions to allow for the significant discounts offered during this period. As the customer’s request for a refund falls outside of these agreed-upon terms, the request was respectfully declined.

We have provided this information to the customer and maintain that the transaction was completed under a clear "No Returns/Final Sale" agreement.
