We call this the breathing ball in our house, and it has been so amazing to see how well it calms my 3-year old daughter when she gets worked up. Excellent Tool

I purchased these to use in speech/myofunctional therapy for kids who are working on their breath control and nasal breathing. The kids are enjoying it and it has worked exactly as I had hoped! Highly, highly recommend for support with breathwork :)
