Builds Body Confidence
Helps children practice balance, coordination and movement in a way that feels playful and achievable.
More Than Just Stretching
Simple yoga can support the way kids move, focus and feel throughout the day.
Supports Focus & MEMORY
Following visual poses and simple sequences gives children something clear to concentrate on and remember.
MAKES SCREEN-FREE MOVEMENT EASY
A simple option for getting little bodies moving without needing another device or activity setup.
Encourages Independence
Easy-to-follow visual poses and guided support help kids practice with less hands-on instruction.
THE SCIENCE BEHIND IT
How Yoga Connects the Body & the Mind
Yoga combines movement, balance and breathing in one simple practice, giving children a chance to notice what their body is doing while also slowing their attention down.
MOVEMENT + BALANCE
Holding and changing poses challenges coordination, stability and control in a gentle, playful way.
BREATH + RHYTHM
Pairing movement with slower breathing gives the practice a steady pace that can help children transition out of high-energy moments.
REPETITION + ROUTINE
Coming back to familiar poses gives children something predictable to practice, making the activity easier to return to over time.
FROM WHAT YOGA CAN SUPPORT TO WHY WE CREATED THIS
THE HEART BEHIND IT
From one parent to another
After experiencing postnatal depression, Jacqueline began looking more deeply at mindfulness and emotional well-being for herself and her daughter.
What stayed with her was how powerful simple practices can be. A little movement. A slower breath. A few quiet minutes to reconnect with your body.
“Mindfulness does not have to be complicated. Sometimes it starts with simply giving children a way to move, breathe and come back to themselves.”
That idea became part of the thinking behind the Sesame Street Yoga Bundle. Jacqueline wanted to make those first yoga moments feel playful, familiar and easy to join in with, using a kid-sized mat, visual pose guide, guided video and calming meditation support, all brought to life with Sesame Street friends children already know and love.

This is the second mat for our home. My daughter has the unicorns and cupcakes, I have the rose. Im 5’1 and use this for my pilates, yoga and meditation. It’s the perfect size. The fabric is very soft, it’s cool to the touch which is my favorite part. These are made really well and so worth it. My daughter loves hers and doing her yoga cards or any floor play on the mat.
D
I will buy one of everything they have to offer
M

This gift was a real hit with my six year old grand daughter who loves to workout with Dad. She used the cards and delivered the poses one after another, appreciating learning their names.
C
My kids loved the easy to follow moves.

Bought this mat along with multiple other items and am so impressed with the quality! My toddler loves practicing yoga with Ernie and Elmo! And while cards take a beating, they still look new. Every product is well thought out and will truly benefit my daughter in the future. Customers service was also extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend any product from this company!

Seem well made -- on the thicker side , def not flimsy.
Yoga Cards also nice size and quality

We love this bundle! The yoga mat is amazing and plan to buy a second mat. Incredibly soft, beautiful print(she loves the unicorns) the yoga flash cards are amazing. Easy to copy positions with creative rhyme on back to help understand the pose better. Love how large they are and the cards are soft as well. They come in a box to help keep clean and stored away. This bundle is fantastic!
k
I was very pleased when I opened it. The mat is very nice. The cards are darling. The art is very good on the cards and they are strong and good quality as is the case. My granddaughter started in right away and I was told she got up the next morning and started doing yoga on her own. I recommend this company.
K

My 4 year old daughter loves doing yoga with me, so I ordered her the purple yoga mat with the unicorns + the yoga cards and she spends so much time with them daily! She used to steal my yoga mat all the time so I finally have mine back and we can practice together lol The mat is AMAZING QUALITY! It’s non slip, thick, comfortable, and the material is not the kind that is likely to pill or tear! And the cards are THICK cardstock, perfect for little not-so-gentle hands! We love this purchase! So worth it!!!
J
The kids loved this yoga mat! It’s beautifully made, and the cards are durable and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the diverse depictions of kids across different races, cultures, and genders. The poetic pose instructions make yoga engaging and accessible—such a lovely, inclusive product.
J
The yoga mat is really made well and the print is cute on it. The instruction cards are also made well and the description of the pose is cute. Great gift for my granddaughter and her mom to practice yoga together.
